Katie High

Katie received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Leadership from Doane University. As the Director of Human Resources, Katie’s responsibilities include; hiring, onboarding, payroll, employee benefits, and enforcing Ironhide’s policies and procedures. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and friends.
