Troy Bridgford is the President and Co-Founder of Ironhide Construction Inc. and has served in the sales, operations, and visionary positions since 2008. Troy has extensive experience in general construction and the metal building industry and helps provide solutions for our clients. In his role, Troy focuses on contract negotiations and growing relationships with new and existing clients.
In the past, Troy has served as board chair for the Lincoln Squires Wrestling Club, Big Red Challenge Board Member, and Chairman of the Builder Advisory Committee for Chief Buildings. He enjoys volunteering with Junior Achievement and many other organizations. Most importantly, he is committed to spending quality time with his wife, Candice, and their four children.
Troy received a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2004 and continues to support this program by offering internship opportunities to current students.
