The US Bank parking garage in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was on the verge of being condemned. Ironhide Construction teamed up with US Bank, McGill Restoration and SDG of Lincoln to devise a plan to save the structure. This included removal of the top deck of concrete, installation of a new deck and concrete, high grade traffic coating system, structural steel restoration at all T-panel connection points, and cleaning and resealing of all the structural site on site.
This was a very complex project with a lot of planning and coordination.
