The 5,400 square feet commercial kitchen demo and remodel with addition had a tight timeline with just 10 weeks from start to finish, with the kitchen demo/remodel only taking 17 days. The existing kitchen went from two kitchen hoods to six kitchen hoods, finish, with the kitchen demo/remodel only taking 17 days. The plus doubling the number of cooklines in a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen. To ensure on-time delivery of the project crews were working 24 hours a day for 6 days straight.
