Ironhide Construction was selected to be the General Contractor for the expansion and partial remodel of the existing building. The owner needed to expand and update the facility to accommodate new regulations in pharmaceutical production. The project consisted of an 8,200 SF Metal Building with insulated metal wall panels, a standing seam roof, and high R-Value insulation. A state-of-the-art laboratory addition with clean rooms for the production of high-quality products and a shipping and receiving area with a loading dock. This new, modern facility is the only FDA-registered 503b facility in Nebraska.
